Cancellation Policy
✨CANCELLATION POLICY✨
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In such cases, your deposit will either be refunded or applied towards a future appointment. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Any appointment missed without reaching us will be charged for the full service that was scheduled.
Please note that pricing for hair service may vary based on the length and thickness of the hair .

Entendemos que pueden surgir circunstancias que requieran cancelar o re-programar su cita. Para evitar cualquier inconveniente, le pedimos que nos notifique con al menos 48 de antelación de su cita programada. En tales caso, su deposito sera reembolsado o se aplicara hacia un futuro servicio. Todas las cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas de aviso se le aplicara un 50% del costo del servicio. Cualquier cita que se pierda sin contactarnos sera cobrada por el total del servicio.
