Final Cancellation Policy ✨ Cancellation Policy At New Concept Beauty Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may transfer the deposit to one future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service. Please note: Service prices may vary based on the length, density, and condition of your hair.
